We purchased HTX shutters for our new construction home and couldn’t be more pleased. Jason was thorough and communicated throughout the process. His installation crew was quiet, quick and other than blinds left no trace they were here. HTX delivers high quality blinds and a fair price with excellent service. I had a great experience with HTX Shutters. Jason was great to work with to do the measurements and provide the estimate. He gives you all the information you need and was easy to communicate via text and phone to schedule. I had my main level of my townhouse done. A big picture window with 4 panes (bi-fold), two side panels next to the picture window, two tall kitchen windows, the kitchen door, and a window over the sink. Total cost $3,711. The installers arrived on time and were professional and did a great job. They look fantastic and from first visit to install was about 4 1/2 weeks. The photos don't do them justice, it was hard to get a good photo because of the light coming in but they are high quality and look fantastic in the room. Highly recommend HTX Shutters!

Our Experience from beginning to end was Phenomenal! When I reached out for a free estimate I contacted 3 places so I would have a good Idea around prices; however I could not get the other 2 places to respond. Jason with HTX shutters responded promptly and had an appointment set up quickly. After first consultation he came and measured all the spaces to get an accurate estimate and start work. He kept me well informed through the whole process and they were able to install ahead of schedule (I know this is not always the case). The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. They are all very professional and kept your spaces clean. I also love that they are a local business because you get that extra care and detail that is missing from large companies. Our experience with HTX shutters was seamless! We worked with Jason who came to our new home to discuss the options as well as the cost. After we decided to go with HTX, Jason came back to do the exact measuring and to verify any other details. The shutters were ready and installed about two weeks earlier than originally expected. And they look fabulous! On the delivery day, Jason arrived with two assistants. The three men went to work and in about 1.5 hours, all 24 shutters were properly installed, dust and debris was tidied up, and the men left the property. Jason was always prompt and extremely courteous; he was not put off by the move-in and minor construction nature of our new home. His men were very pleasant, but also task-oriented!
